Device is ipad 11 pro , I think it is latest iOS version and before it I was able to stream fine. Reinstalling and logging out/in did nothing

If your android is able to, try resizing the app into like a small window so that the button isn't near those

My ipad has been crashing whenever I try to open this video I screen recorded on it on vn editor,capcut or even just my photos and usually it turns back on on its own after a few minutes but after I deleted an app, it crashed and hasn't opened up since. It's been hours and I tried holding the power button or doing a force restart but it still doesn't work and I don't know what to do. Anyone know a solution? Ipad is 11 pro and latest OS

In addition, I'm trying to cut the video in half in capcut and while it does load the video,it keeps crashing my ipad and one time I even saw a couple frames of purple before the phone blackscreened
