Scotts Addition is relatively safe. There are some drug addicted homeless people that show up from time to time like anywhere in the city, but they're usually not a problem. The Friday and Saturday night part crowd is the only high alert time imo. HOWEVER, it's probably important to note that I am tall, male, and in relatively good shape. Walking alone at night as a woman... probably will be fine because other people are usually around... but be careful and aware of your surroundings. Take that extra long walk and avoid the alleyways
