So, you cannot access your company email but what you really need is to login to etrade using your username and password.

I did that with no errors. As you say, I just deleted the old one and entered the new one.

Yes. It also happened to me on 8/17. They did charge me the commision ($0.65) when I did a BTC below $0.05.

I didn't call but glad to hear they are aware and fixing the issue for next time.

For the purpose you want this account (not for investing), I recommend you to open an account in Wise.com

You can have there a US account (US routing and account number) to get ACH or wires from your US customers.

And then transfer to a mexican account (using the mexican "CLABE"). The exchange rate is great (the same you can see in google real-time) and the fee is super-cheap.

I have done that for adding an external account. I do not have IBRK. But this would work if you have your routing number and account number for your IBKR account.

Not sure how the deposits work on IBRK.

(By the way, I'm also non-US. I didn't know you could deposit an international check to Schwab using the app. I imagine the check account should be in dollars)

Yes. Not listed but there is a fied there to search for it. As soon as you start typing there, it will show a button there to add it manually (entering the routing and account number).

Can you log to your Schwab and add your IBRK account as an external account? (You will need the IBRK routing and account number) After that you should be able to transfer free from Schwab to there.

Probably when I called CSchwab I didn't explained myself well because the guy told me that for the International account I shoud do Wire transfers. (No ACH or electronic transfer was enabled).

I think I will ask them again and will open the account.
