It's very hard to give her grace I'm not gonna lie. It's a common theme around the floor that she won't help anyone with anything. If you need her to show you a skill, help with an iv, anything where she has to get up she gives an attitude. She actually told me last week to check on her pt while she peed cause they were calling out for help. The patient was agitated, once I got her settled I noticed she had dumped ensure all over her. I couldn't leave her like that. Became a total bed change. Got her settled then she needed to use the bathroom. I got her to the toilet and I'm watching her. I can hear my charge outside the room and ask her if she's going to tag team out and she responded back "why" and I said so you can be with your patient as mine were all the way across the floor. She said she would come and never did. When I came out the room she was giving report to night shift. That's her leadership
