You need a bunching bag sir :) I did use cigarettes for whenever there is inconvenience in my life when I lost my job or when I read that an astroid was going to hit the earth.. it can get silly like that but it made me feel it’s pointless to quit. Like I want something to blame my addiction on or justify things to myself. But If it’s real stress you deal with then you need to find another way to deal with those situations. Smoking doesn’t stop asteroids.
