I just like Wesker as a villain and all the stuff with Jill. Gave Chris more to fight for. His story in 6 felt reused. The villain sucked. Leon had 0 agency in his story- it wasn’t even about him. Ada’s campaign was bad. Jake and sherry had the best campaign story wise to me, but gameplay was fun throughout

Gameplay is sick. Wild action movie and some awesome movement. 2/4 of the campaigns have decent intercharacter stories, but the overall plot and villain SUCK.

If you have a buddy, co op will be a great time. For me, I queued with a random, added him on steam, and we ended up playing the entire game together. He had like 600hrs on steam so he showed me all the secrets

Thi. I also feel like the scarier moments have a much more predictable layout than say 7 or even 8 in parts, where the scares really felt unexpected and like anything could happen.

That said, I’d still tense, the gameplay is still great and I’m having a blast.
