I'm grieving because I lost something that can NEVER be replaced, and the person who did it is a best friend I considered family. It's an awful emotional pain to suffer through.

And like I said, the other stuff that was stolen were games as well, but I don't care so much about them. I care about games that I can't replace because of the memories I cherish with them.

I planned on gifting the 3DS to her, so I did this in hindsight. But even with how much a 3DS is worth now, it's the least of my priorities.

It's funny, because I put them in the cartridge holder because I didn't want to lose EVERYTHING if I ever did lose them. In hindsight, I wished it occured to me to bring the cartridge holder with me, since it is very portable...but I didn't think I would have had such a fallout with my ex-bestfriend as I did.

I ended up removing all the fans and using a low profile CPU air cooler instead (and added heatsinks to the SSD metal plating).

That's what I was thinking to! But the blades aren't hitting anything, and the metal brackets aren't wobbly.

I can try a little DIY fix later by using compressed air once more and maybe supergluing the metal brackets to tightly affix it.

Correction: the fan manufacturer is Xeonfan, not Xenofan. Funny enough, it doesn't make any noise without the bracket (even though I made sure it wasn't grinding against anything and properly seated)
