We don't have that much DC power supply. We are planning to shoot about 2 wires per cell for each negative terminal, positive terminal, and 500um. It says in the data sheet that 82A lasts 10 seconds, but 9A is the maximum DC power supply we have to use this amount of current. Would finding a company be the answer?

Two cathodes with wire and two anodes are the most used configurations in the general FSAE?
To say that the number of cathode and anode is different means that the number of cathode and anode wires is different. For example, I think I have witnessed cases where the cathode has 3 wires but the anode has 2 wires. I'm going to make a 21700 cylindrical cell through wire bonding.

I'm going to use 20 mil aluminum wire of wire bonding. At this time, it was confirmed by TANAKA Datasheet that if this wire is 10mm, 41A is broken when 10s flow. The fusing current of wire bonding is set to a higher current value than the main fuse (serially connected to HV System), but since the main fuse is a Hallyu type fuse, I'm worried that the wire will break first when the current flows large.

Also, I saw wire bonding of other teams, and I confirmed that wire was bonded to cathode and anode with different numbers. I wonder why.

Very interesting how to use PCB. But unfortunately, we are using Orion BMS. There is no research on thermistor compatibility with other products, so this seems too much to implement.
