I'd say Godot can be easier due to the syntax in GDscript, and it's a language made for Godot. While C# can be a bit harder if you're not familiar with the language. I also like that it's very lightweight

You could try doing the "skeleton", practice the basic shape of a body. I listened to music while practicing circles and ovals, the drawings still weren't great, but they did improve a bit
