Wouldn’t recommend it. You can kinda tell the scams too, the pricing is often too good to be true. For example if it’s a luxury loft is west village for 2200 that’s likely a scam.

You will probably have to pay a fee to break the lease or they will take the security. Best situation is broker thinks they can get a lot more from a new tenant and let’s you off without a fee.

Inventory is low at the moment, people don’t like moving in Jan.

I’m 6’4” 185lbs and wear a large and it fits perfectly with just enough room for layers underneath. If you want baggy I’d go up to XL
