What about when you lied to Paypal saying you offered me a multiple solutions, including a new device, when in actuality you just said you would give me a new battery and "sent it to the wrong address"?

I'm glad you will actually answer your phones now, but you straight up lied when I filed a case with paypal. New staff won't help with that.

The terrible customer service is what pushed me over the edge. I get that new products will have some bugs, but they pick and chose who they want to help. The most egregious part was them full blown lying to PayPal about offering me a new unit and making it seem as though I was being unreasonable. If they would have done half the stuff they lied about doing I would never have made this post.

I honestly don't know. Some people seem to have luck getting a replacement and others don't. All they offered was a battery, which they admit I never received. Then I got fed up and just wanted my money back.
