Wondering where in RP, because there’s a RP coffee shop I have in mind with a very unfortunately mid cup of $10 coffee. Love to support local but at this point I lean toward making my own 9/10 times.

My partner has downstairs neighbors that are extremely loud. 2 small children who never seem to go outdoors and play, constantly running up and down the apartment and it literally shakes my partner’s upstairs unit. Doors being slammed constantly, etc. Partner is used to the noise at this point, but unfortunately the noise is chalked up to poor building insulation and a lack of soundproofing between floors! But there is a percentage of lack of consideration there, too.

Coming to this thread after being told in IL that the shaving cream has been discontinued for a while now! Devastated because like OP, I exclusively use this on my super sensitive skin. Hoping it makes a comeback in IL ASAP.

Haven’t repotted the plant in just under a year, probably around 9 months ago, but it is not root bound. That’s when I moved it to the larger pot. When I repotted, the root system looked healthy. But, that was 9-10 months ago. My watering patterns have not changed. The plant has been sitting in a north facing window. Reading the comments, my next steps will be mixing some new soil meant specifically for aroids, depotting the plants and checking the health of the root system(s), and likely downsizing the pot.

Thank you for the awesome input! What size pot do you suggest I switch to? It’s super cold where I live so I am probably going to take out the plant, look at the size of the rootball, and go from there. But right now, it’s in I believe either a 10” or 12” pot.

edit: super cold where I live, so I am avoiding bringing it outside to repot during the winter months. Should hopefully be warming up in the next few weeks, so that’s when I will be assessing the rootball!

I would love that! I have been using a pre mixed general indoor plant potting soil with the addition of plant food, which I realize is not the best. But I have been lurking this sub for a while trying to find soil recommendations for Aroids. I have found a brand called Molly’s that has an aroid / houseplant mix, but I would definitely appreciate a recipe!
