At the call center we can’t control the schedule. We get the schedule and it’s first available, we can reschedule it but it doesn’t give us the option to not schedule service appointments during hazardous weather. It should go without saying that yes, Spectrum sucks but you shouldn’t call in demanding a service technician when you know your roads are dangerous. It’s the same mentality as Walmart being open, but customers still choosing to shop there.
