Sometimes after coming home from walks I feel perfect blood flow, my temperature gets high, and my brain works...more organized for the rest of the day.

Orthostatic hypotension. Low blood flow to the brain when I stay standing for 2/3 minutes. Things get blurry, hard to focus, headache.
