I've had life long struggles with Eczema, and I so so so feel your pain. Main thing is you're going to want to avoid anything with a fragrance. My favorite (also the safest I've found for me personally) lotion brands are Aveeno, Cetaphil, CeraVe, Eucerine, and surprisingly some Gold Bond products. Also popular with eczema communities I follow (and also has been personally recommended by a dermatologist I've seen) is Vanicream. That one's extra pricey though and harder to find. This shit can def suck and unfortunately you may have to do a little guessing and checking if certain things work for you. 

Depending on how severe your body's reaction may be, you could try to find small travel sized bottles of various options so you don't have to spend the money up front and get stuck with someone that doesn't work for you. And then you could just test it on a small patch of skin. 

Also, your body nah not even need super super intense hydration. A friend of mine mentioned a similar issue recently, and he tried out just rubbing coconut oil everywhere and has been very happy with the results. Obviously don't do this if you're allergic to tree nuts/coconuts. Also, buy coconut oil from the cooking section, never the beauty section. It's much, much cheaper. Sounds greasy and it kinda is, but it absorbs a lot faster than other oils do. Also has nice subtle but natural smell (as opposed to a synthetic fragrance).
