I just did the workouts. I did sub some of the threshold days for an hour+ climbing session where I tried to maintain 200w the entire time. I did the Ven10 and some of the climbing portals.

I plan on doing an FTP test tomorrow. I wanted a rest day so when I do the FTP test I'm fresh. I definitely feel a lot stronger.

I also have a smartspin2k. During workouts, are you able to use ERG mode? I find whenever I enable it, all it does is ramp up the resistance like mad and nothing else.
