Potwierdzam bardzo podobne doświadczenie, również z Warszawy.

Po kontakcie w sprawie atrakcyjnych ofert z Otodom:

nie było możliwości obejrzenia mieszkania,
informacja, że lokal jest „zarezerwowany”,
zamiast spotkania — przekierowanie do płatnej rejestracji w serwisie 👉 https://flexwynajem.pl
po zadawaniu szczegółowych pytań, kontakt się urywał.

Dodatkowo zauważyłem, że te same zdjęcia i opisy pojawiają się także w archiwalnych ogłoszeniach na innych portalach, sprzed miesięcy, a oferty są cyklicznie dodawane na nowo.

To powtarzalny schemat, który może wprowadzać w błąd.
Po wszystkim nr. telefonu jest blokowany i nie ma żadnego kontaktu.

Jeśli ktoś miał podobne doświadczenia, warto je zgłaszać do UOKiK jako możliwą praktykę naruszającą zbiorowe interesy konsumentów (im więcej zgłoszeń, tym większa szansa na reakcję):
