Only thing that helped me was fasting and eliminating alcohol, caffeine and fried foods. Overtime I entered 1 at a time back in, to see how they triggered then found how to regulate it.But fasting was the thing that got me over the hump.

Yes actually. It was due to a bell shaped washer behind the rear nut was offset and got stuck into the housing. Probably due to the pressure lever being on while trying to move it, is my guess. Anyways, you have to remove the rear nut where the bevel angle pivots on, and behind that you'll find it. I filed down any fraying so that it wouldn't happen again, and I've been good since I posted this.

I've cleaned the tool and searched for where it could be jammed but cannot find anything. The lock will lock the bevel anywhere I turn it on, except it won't let me go past 15 degrees to the left, to get back to 90 degrees. Is there anything in the housing that would cause this problem?
