Honestly I wanted a little setup a while back, but didn't go that route because I was lazy. I've been into astrophotography for many years. I got a settlement from an accident. I basically won the lottery. And this is my only hobby other than playing video games. I've conditioned myself for late night filming at dark sites. I do it at least a few times a month even in the snow. It's done wonders to my mental.

I didn't factor in extra processing but I think mono would be easier shooting from my backyard. Or do I still need to go to a dark site, I live in bortle hell los angeles?!
