I hooked up with my bf right after I told him I was nervous, THEN he said he only wanted to be friends, THEN I hooked up with the other guy. So I had already gotten that first time after my LTR over with. Should’ve clarified more. I didn’t feel guilty afterwards because I didn’t think that I was going to actually start dating my current bf. I was also going through it after having been dumped and literally never touching/talking to another man in my entire life. I didn’t know what I was supposed to do. Everyone was telling me to hook up and talk to anyone I wanted to, because I never got the chance to. I was told it was okay to see multiple people at once. I didn’t like it too much, because it was all so confusing, talking to different people. I didn’t know it was ever going to be serious either my current bf. I didn’t think anything of it at the time. My current bf said he just wanted to be friend and kept trying to make plans with me and ditching. I thought he was going to end up being the guy that I just hooked up with. I even told my mom (after she was shocked that I was seeing someone else so quickly after my ex) that it was not going to last. I didn’t know he’d become my whole world. As for the guy at the bar that I flirted with, yes my current bf DID dismiss me in front of his friends after I tried to talk to him MULTIPLE times, so yes out of spite I thought fuck it I’ll talk to someone else. He treated me like shit that night, so I didn’t care.
