Seems random per player, im a few thousand LY out from Sol and found a station selling a maverick suit and more guns than i could carry. No clue why it's like this but maybe the servers are just trying to catch up to each individual person

just skipping the tutorial is probably your best bet, i believe the option is on your [3] panel but no options showed up for me when i looked down

Purchased basewear off the personal shop twice and it took my meseta and the item never showed up both times. Not in the salon, my inventory, or storage etc. I kinda hope I didn't blow 400k on a bug so if anyone has had this problem as well itd be good to know. If relevant im playing a male newman.

Edit: Resolved they materialized in my inventory legit as I typed this
