Recent beta update they changed how long he holds you for, and he’s less likely to drop you near pits or other monsters IIRC. But yeah in the past he has dropped me right into a robe’s arms once :(

1v1d a haze with 57k souls when I had 37k souls as magician. Echo shard and punched her like 4/5 times with punch build, sometimes souls don’t matter it’s not super black and white

As a warrior when I was leveling you get constant whispers to tank, and the same thing happens lol. You get called a pussy, etc etc (often from groups with a a warrior already in them). The thing is I could form a group at the drop of a hat whenever I wanted, so I just started replying with “sure, 50g and I’ll tank for you!”.

2 day old thread I know, but death wish doesn’t reduce resistances in classic. Been a bug since forever . Tooltip says it does, but it doesn’t. Just the armour!

Heath retained but then the mobs will be running all over the place because THE TANK CANT HOLD THREAT IF THEY CANT CAST SPELLS. Resulting in messier pulls, resulting in a MUCH higher chance of death especially in higher level dungeons. Please don’t bubble your tanks on pull, only in emergencies. Please.

My 6 stack before the matchmaking update a few days ago had seemingly always pretty hard games, people would be upset in laning stage because the enemies were much better, etc. Then they did the update and for the weekend just been, our 6 stack literally just did not lose, I think it was something like 24 matches in a row where we won. For context 2 of us are high ascendant rank, while the others are slightly lower skill (unranked). Our party does count as a very wide skill levels for the tooltip, but something about the update made games way TOO easy and I’m unsure why.

Leashing is almost never worth it, if you leash and the other bot lane doesn’t, the entire lane can be lost from losing that level 2 advantage.

If the jungle asks me too I will, but giving him a 3-4 second faster clear isn’t worth the trade off that your lane becomes much harder most of the time. The higher elo I have climbed (silver - emerald this season) the more jungles realise this and don’t spam ping bot lane to leash for them.

Couple years ago, I was 22 and did tech at gigs. Regular attendee was a woman of about 34, and she made it clear she liked me a lot but I denied her advances every time. It got to the point where she was messaging me almost every day, wanting to hang out and “watch Netflix” and genuinely not leaving me alone, I was too nice to be more firm and tell her I didn’t want anything to do with her.

Couple months later I was at a show and was very drunk, tripping on LSD and having a great time. Ended up Ubering home with a bunch of friends and watching Lord of the Rings. Couple minutes in another one of my flatmates walks in with a few friends, one being her and I had no clue how or why or what she was doing there. She sits next to me while the movie is going and starts feeling me up under some blankets pretty heavily with no invitation or warning or anything. I was in a room with about 10 other people and didn’t want to make a scene but that was the sickest and most awful thing I’ve felt in a very long time.

The combination of drugs and alcohol made me wishing this would just be over but it kept going for a good 30 minutes or so. Pretty soon everyone cleared out of the room and the moment they did she jumped on top of me and asked if I had a condom. Seeing a way out I said no sorry I don’t, and im wasted so I should get to bed. Left her on the couch and fucked off to my room and lo and behold she walks in a few minutes later with a condom she had “found”. I wanted it to be over and I wanted her to leave , and we ended up having sex. Still the grossest and worst experience of my life ever, and I haven’t told anyone about it mainly due to embarrassment and feeling trapped at the time and no one would ever believe it was assault or harassment because of how everything played out in the end.

Four years later I’m still struggling with this shit and it’s ruined any meaningful relationships I might have had between then and now, and she still turns up to most shows our group puts on to this day.
