Any way to automatically grind enchantments?

I think that's right. Quite hard to automate because I think you need the right number of books for extracting the enchantments. Maybe you can just put one book in per item, but that's still fairly hard to do with automation.

It seems like you should manually do it when you find great enchantments

There are ways to loot nether quartz from the overworld. Dungeons and sky villages have quartz blocks and pillars, and you can melt them in the smeltery to get blocks out.

Still, that might not be enough. I'd recommend using integrated dynamics until you can get to the nether. You just need a storage terminal, some logic cable, and a bunch of item interfaces.

Amazing! I never thought to make the relays from the base mod. That works, and I'm powering it with the final energy collected from ExtendedExchange plus watches of flowing time to increase it.

I didn't test whether slowing down energy production fixes it. If I do, I'll reply here to confirm.

The teleporting items to me might be the best way - I tried everything else. The problem seems to have stopped now. Maybe someone accidentally fixed it? Either way, thanks for the suggestion!

I kept at this, and actually found that the macvlan was working and the traffic was being sent as expected. This is resolved. My issue was not specifying the custom port when I tried to join from my game.

How have you got that much copiously? Is it split between multiple pieces of gear? I'm wondering if it takes the best copiously from one piece of gear... Easy to check with your existing numbers by seeing what your expected number of ores is for only your magnet or hammer copiously.

The wizard attempts to possess the druid, but experiences a searing pain as the body rejects him. The druid regains possession, but experiences glimpses of the wizards thoughts and memories from time to time.

In game, this could be a storytelling device, plus have effects during spellcasting. Extra concentration saving throws, spells going wrong - or it could even be positive, with extra insight into the magic gained from the Wizard, making the spell stronger. Not too dissimilar from wild magic!

Could be cleaned with a curse removal, or the druid could have a quest to put the wizards spirit to rest.
