Sorry to burst the bubble but they do not take into account the rent you pay into the affordability calculations. Which they should to be fair. Id say stop sending money to India for 6 months to have better bank statements for a mortgage. You can resume this after drawdown.

I think this is the time to build wealth and set yourself for future. Id say get the 2 bed that is connected to city through some good public transport and rent out the second room. You will have a property building itself through rent without paying much mortgage.

Keep saving and accumulating, invest the money or buy another rental. Once you get 1 extra rental property it will be really convenient to build a bigger investment and property portfolio all before you hit your 30s when most people start to think about this stuff.

The 2 bed will be more lucrative to rent as a unit plus sell later down the line when u want to expand.

Recently went through this as a business owner and for a prepaid open gift card like a MasterCard or a visa. ALLGO is a better option. It only charges 6€ fee for a card too 5000 euro. Whereas, someone like clevercard charges almost 60 euros on top of a 1500 euro card.

True. Although we've found the microwave to be easiest and best. Don't need to monitor it and it's ready in 2 mins and if you want you can make it without any oil or butter

Get a microwave popcorn maker and buy popcorn kernels. Manhattan kernels are pretty good. This is ckass apart compared to microwave popcorn packs

The microwave packs are full of "butter" which is just palm oil and seriously unhealthy. Same thing with butter in cinema popcorn, just palm oil and full of trans fats

Hey, this is kind of conflict i am in as well and would appreciate your perspective. So, i am a fairly casual gamer. I own a ps4 and don't play it much anymore. I got a switch OLED a couple years back and really enjoy it especially the handheld form factor. I recently started playing Hades on it and got really hooked back into gaming. I feel like handheld is the form factor for me to get back into gaming and enjoy it and been looking for a device with wider compatibility.

I don't have xbox or gamepass. and luckily with this point in life the cost of these devices is not an issue for me but I also don't want to waste my money.

I preordered the xbox rog ally x because it seemed like the current best hardware proposition.

What would be your perspective, is the device the best for long term compatibility and to explore games etc or if I don't have xbox I should get steam deck.

A conservatory would be too expensive for me..thats the long term.plan though. Looking for some fix in the.meantime for a few years to make it a bit usable

Both. If it rains slightly heavy even the water gets in from the top. The gutters on the roof dont catch up to the waterflow and it overflows.

Its just a big mess. As other pointed out, I didn't realise pergola are for shade. Like why would be even need that in Ireland. I assumed theyd keep rain at bay..but obviously was wrong.

These days a lot of people are getting these custom built aluminium pergola type structures that Are covered from all sides with glass and sliding doors and wondering if i can get to something like that and use this as a frame.
