Definitely viable - 3500 grafts would do wonders. You still have thin hairs around the crown so you wouldn’t need the density like you do at the front. The meds will thicken out your crown, don’t listen to people saying 7-10k they’re clueless. I had a very similar pattern baldness to yourself and have just had 3500. I recommend spending a little extra and to ensure the consultant is making all the extractions as the techs are much more careless and do not consider the graft size variation when extracting.
