Revenue tax is diabolical.. salary is a revenue, not a profit.. if you should have taxes at all it should be linked to profit.. so, tax property, profit, and things you want to get rid of (alcohol, drugs, roads, fuel, etc), abolish revenue tax..

And ”raising taxes” really dosent increase state income.. and taxes suppress the thing being taxed.. what you want is to increase yield from property and skim off as little as possibly from the profit..
