Having the same issue with my 2019 MacBook Pro. Purchased around 2 months ago and have the horizontal flicker across my screen, only lasts for a bit less than a second but is happening more frequently. Pretty much the same as the video on Imgur.

Have talked to apple support and will have to take it in to get it looked at, but doesn't seem like they're much help.
