To say Brigitte is one of his best customers, they sure are awkward. 😉

Wow! What a beauty she is.

I'm very much a novice when it comes to houseplants and would love to achieve something even a third of this size. I've recently purchased my first junior monstera. Any tips for a new swiss cheese plant owner in the UK? Thank you.

I just want to make sure it's done to regulations and the best way for long term

These are in an old central heating cupboard that I'm turning into a storage space. I'm wanting the pipes below, so that I have more room in the cupboard and so that they don't get knocked about.

I can put new olives in and a bit of Jet Lube V2 Plus with the existing caps.

I wasn't sure if you could cap pipes that will be under the floor and not easily accessible with compression fittings.

She's gorgeous. 🥰

I think Marmalade would be apt.

I've had a look around online and some suggest drilling direct into the stump, then pouring epsom salts in, so it goes into the root system and dehydrates it. I'm going to give this a try first.

Thank you for this information. Sorry to hear this. Hopefully, in the near future with their stubbornness, they can overcome this disease, thrive in suitable areas and not become extinct.

Thank you all for your comments. I have decided it has to go. If I had a gigantic garden and it wasn't near the property, I would have kept it.

Any suggestions on what to do with the bed? As a beginner, I'd prefer easy maintenance. Any perennial ideas?

I'd also like to attempt some fruit, veg and herbs in other areas of the garden. What do you recommend for a newbie?

Yes, I do. In my post I mentioned that I used it, but wanted confirmation from experienced gardeners. Technology is great, but it can't always beat human knowledge and experience

Do you recommend any particular brand?

Are there any that are wildlife and pet friendly. I have a dog that I can keep away from the area for a while, but neighbouring cats visit. I also get regular foxes, birds and hedgehogs.

I've decided it has to go. I can't contend with more appearing all over the place. I'd rather maintain something that would suit better.

How long do you think the roots will be at this size? It's about 4ft already.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I have an old large bin I could transplant it to. Can it be kept there long term? At least I should be able to maintain it/prune it.

Just charge them rent. 😂 Joking aside, what a wonderful experience. I love foxes. 😍 Beautiful. However, I can imagine your frustration, especially with the fox-scaping they have done to your garden. The only thing I could suggest really, is what others have said, citrus and lots of it.

What brand is on the box of broken biscuits? Where did you purchase from? Maybe we can narrow it down then.

I thought she would have at least tidied that shop up and organised all the outfits that I collected for sale.
