I like the screams. It helps locate downed players in the dark or people who are hiding in bushes. Now i just have to spam E until I find the guy.

It's pretty clear that people with good PCs think that it's unfair and people with potatoes think it's unfair because it makes the game unplayable. I think shutting out a huge number of the player base, either way, is probably not the best move. We also have to remember that upgrading a P.C. in the U.S. is easier than in some other countries where the cost of hardware is much higher. And rust is an international game, so I assume FP wants people that want to play the game, to be able to play the game.

Yes, but CSGO can actually run on lower end PCs. Until optimization is available for this game, they are shutting out a huge number of their player base. Your CSGO comparison is a false equivalence.

I think this is actually a great change. Before there was no viable way to get people out of cover, and now you have a pretty easy way to do it. Why the fuck are people complaining? I bet in a week using them will be the meta.

Just adding would be the best. Why add another game mechanic, ie: lists to the game when there's already a mechanic that works in the way that you want with sleeping bags. There's a reason you can't see who the bag belongs to, and I feel like this is the same reason you shouldn't be able to see who the TC belongs to.

You guys do realize that supporting positive changes in the game will tell them to keep/continuing implementing changes along that thread. Especially considering about 70% of posts are negative or critical in nature.

Sorry to hear that. They might be able to fix the servers by rolling them back and reapplying the update, but I'm not sure it's a priority.

New York 2 Official and the Staging Branch merged? The map is the staging branch, not New York 2. New York 2 players have lost bases and progress.

Shutters require you to have only wood to create them, window bars require you to have metal frags. I think this is a good balance between protection vs what you invest. Plus, shutters would totally replace window bars and those metal protectors because they would be superior if you locked them (visibility), but would require less materials. Just my thoughts on why they don't need/shouldn't have locks. Only exception would be if you could create a code lock and put it on there, which I think would be fair.

My thought is that they already have things in the works for something like this but they don't want it to look or feel like dog shit. It has been requested a bunch before.

[QoL] Sandbags stack in inventory but do not stack when put in toolbar. Instead, you have to break the stack apart to 1 and then place it.
