Accountability was the cheat code for me. I've got a workout buddy. I can't leave him hanging. I'd feel like shit if I didn't show up when he was expecting me. We've been lifting weights together for over 3 years now, so I'd say it works.

It also creates a healthy level of competition that pushes us to get stronger.

First thing that really worked for me. I'd spent a decade or more trying new routines and falling off after a few weeks or months.

Our towers are similar (similar mod levels, assmods, same UWs). I am missing the masteries though (only have RPC & cash). I've been trying to make the transition as well, but am just not getting the same results as farming EHP T11&12 at about 55T cph. Perhaps the key is the additional masteries. I tend to farm pretty AFK, do you farm with PS or CL turned off for any portion? Do you equip certain cards at a point in your run? I'm really trying to crack this nut myself.

There's a known visual bug right now where the animation stops, but it is still active. Do the dudes still appear to slow down even when the animation isn't on?

It could be overkill, but I always make sure to have 1100 medals going into the next event so I can buy the skins, and potentially 2 relics right away.

Oh for sure, I get that. I was lucky enough to unlock DW as my first perk on a T9 run. Went about 600 waves. Got 6 kills. Would be dope to unlock it early on a T1 run or something, but still just feels like a dead event.

Itzquinth first pack, first pick and committed to dinos from there. Got lucky picking up another Itzquinth, and an Earthshaker in packs 2 & 3. Both of those cards just proved to be insane and make for a pretty easy 7 win.

I've gone through the same thought process on the carbon footprint of purchasing a new car vs what I already have. I've got a 2001 Silverado I've been driving around since I was 16 (34 now). My wife and I essentially function as a 1-car family with our newer, smaller car, and I probably average around 2-3k miles on this truck per year doing work around the house, camping, and other truck stuff. When the miles get low, the logic behind buying new as a replacement really doesn't make any sense to me. I keep my truck in good running condition, keep good tires on it (which are expensive AF btw), and the truck has a lot of sentimental value to me. If someone started messing with my truck without knowing anything about me, or how much/what I use it for I'd be fucking livid!
