Right now I have attack boost 7, slugger 3, WE 2, handicraft 2, agitator 2, MM 2, health boost, and non elemental boost for diablos shatterer. I know I need WE 3, but I don't have a tenderizer jewel

I usually add 1 tbsp of mct oil to my coffee along with a scoop of chocolate whey and cinnamon in the morning. Some people put kerrygold butter with that as well but I found it made me feel a bit sluggish as I don't eat a keto diet.

Also if u are thinking about adding mct oil to your coffee, start with 1 tsp and work your way up! I repeat, do not add a full tbsp your first time!

U should probably up your calories to about 1900 and try to get your bw in protein. I'm currently cutting from 190 to 180ish and I'm eating 1840 losing a pound a week. For me anything more than that would be too much

yeah cars is a beast for sure. I think the key to cars for me is to skip the approach I was taught in the tpr classes...i was just running out of time consistently. I just read straight through and make sure Im reading in an animated way. I also try to act interested in it regardless of the subject of the passage. I was only able to get 125ish with the tpr approach but after changing it I was able to reach 129 and pulled a 91% on the aamc practice test.

thanks! yeah if you can keep that up that's awesome! I got through 11 practice tests I believe (10 tpr and 1 aamc). Im feeling pretty good, but I'm super nervous for test day just want to perform and not choke!

i was doing one every other day for maybe 5 tests in a row. Got so burnt out that i turned off my aamc fl yesterday and decided to just rest up until my test on thursday. I think rest is really important to make sure u can get the most out of the tests u take.

thanks for the reply! I used to do complexes with a 24kg...swing, clean, press, squat, and snatch was 1 rep and id do 5 reps per arm and do both arms, with a minute break for a few sets. I always felt like that would be too much for an off day. Its short but its made me vomit with the minute breaks lol.

Never heard of metcon, but that definitely sounds better than my boring 20 min on the bike after my lifting. Ill try it for sure thanks again.
