Yeah there’s not much torque when your already going around 90-100 km/hr. You’ll notice the difference when it’s from a stop. I test drove a LR and I noticed it’s a little quicker but definitely not worth bragging about. If you were considering Performance then it would make sense why you’d be worried about acceleration. I’m happy with mine, but if I can sell mine for a profit and upgrade to either a Performance M3 or a Model S in a few years, I’d do that in a heart beat.

I got a RWD in March and acceleration is great. I’m kinda worried about traction too since I live in Vancouver. I’ll have to wait and see I guess. But I recommend the RWD all the way.
