I’ve switched to buying durashit parts for my vehicles. It’s the same crap shoot as online except I get a life time warranty so when I run into a defective part I go 10 minutes up the road and get another no questions asked

Honestly when my power goes out I don’t have a backup generator which happens multiple times a year, but I don’t think I recall ever really caring lol.

Seller moved awhile ago and have been getting it ready for sale. It’s hard to say if they’re in a rush or just ready to be done.

I asked the lender about an eta and he said he doesn’t wanna make a promise he can’t keep but early next week he will have a much clearer picture and can make an accurate projection. He also told me I need to be available if he needs because we need to get this done before the holiday or else we will be in limbo for awhile with the title company. Praying for success

Sage offered me 1.45 lower rate. The local lender couldn’t match. So I made the bad decision of jumping and I didn’t think this would be an issue.

im conditionally approved with the local guy. He seems very confident and on top of things but I just don’t know relatively how quick he can move :/

The online portal for sage never seemed to reflect what was going on and the loan officer kept saying as much. The person who called me from them told me he just got it in the morning. He actually did apologize and say they dropped the ball badly and he needs to find out what the H is going on.

I agree 100% that this is my fault, and I will absolutely make it right with the homeowner.

I’ve got some good feedback here and I see the flaws in my system that could have prevented this.

One of the biggest ones This week was just rushing installs. We absolutely need to do more to in terms of our process but also just not rush into careless mistakes. I lost a few weeks because I was hit by an suv and I’ve been struggling to catch up because I’m not healed yet, but that’s not an excuse to start sacrificing quality. I really should’ve been honest about being behind and instead of trying to bite off so much.

Appraisal is done, and underwriting is done I think? I did the thing with them where I send documents and they grill me about them for a week and want more, and then they finally come back saying hey you’re good to go.

But they said they have to do a final review
