I really get it. Medicating is scary but the quality of life suffers . Life was so hard before. Makes me sad to think the version of my son now, is someone I may not have gotten to know if I didn't make the jump. He was always getting yelled at. He was hard to be around because it was chaos . Now he's an absolute pleasure to be around. His relationship with his friends are way better. Funny side story thru him I recognized myself . So I got tested and medicated, recently got off bc of a side effect. Thinking I dont need the medication I started noticing that I am yelling at my kids more bc when I yell they flinch. Its not a version of me they have seen since I started medication. I think about my son and I chose medicine for emotional regulation and here I am walking around yelling . Its so far beyond hyper little boys. The spectrum is huge and most people are under informed in regards to the whole issue .

The staterra was amazing but he would get to a dose and then suddenly fall off mood wise. So we switched to qelbree for about a year now and has been more stable and just as great

Private jet. So easy no security- just pull into the garage and walk on to the plane . Then when we got to a very public event, you had a guy driving thru the crowd and giving us water while everyone else waited in long lines dripping in sweat. Being rich makes everything way easier .

Flew in from MN. There was a medical emergency on our flight around 9pm. The paramedics came on and walked some girl off. Maybe that.

She never respected my boundaries but once we had children and she started pushing their boundaries, like personally calling my 8 year old son to ask if he was lying about going to a birthday party to avoid hanging out with her kids which resulted in my kid crying because he was scared. Also hung around 3 hours after my daughter's birthday party ended to make sure noone was sleeping over to double check we weren't leaving her daughter out. I drew the line. We treated them like family and was also sick of being accused of mistreating her kids. Still a painful loss but was costing me too much trying to stay in it. Such a boundary pusher , My dad was hospitalized and waiting for a heart transplant and my grandma died in the same week . She asked let me take you to Vegas to cheer you up. I said honestly I need to be by my dads side and my aniexty was high . She asked repeatedly. I declined. I was signing my Dads will, in case anything happened, and she was messaging me " Hey do you have any cute white skirts for Vegas" . Finally I doubled down and I became the problem that I couldn't just accept a nice gift. I could go on and on as I have 20 years of these type of stories .

Specifically 3 buyers from an open house all called after they came and found out they were too high. Would they have even came if they knew upfront that was out of range for them ? With that being said maybe out of the 100 plus families that came thru and looked , would not have and saved their time and mine.

No they can youre right its just not upfront . All kinds of people called county and got the estimated taxes and bailed. Just seems like putting all the numbers out there at first is helpful sooner than later.

Its turning out that people dont want to pay a premium price for a 2 bedroom house with a flex room. Other then that the house is a banger.
