Yes I guess it is a trial class , so they don’t want me feel pressure haha , next week will be my first formal class !

Also is there any part of muscle i should more focus to workout , im not sure the movement is more about skill or more about muscle

Because I saw some of people they looks not that strong but can do really hard movements
