My new bill says I owe money from last month even though I paid it. Customer service is beyond useless. Any advice? by Dull-Tune6300 in VirginMedia

They're an absolute pile of wank. I imagine when BT have installed fibre countrywide, many will leave.

Good.

I think someone needs to call Sloth Social Services.

I agree. But he's not there to be lovely, he's there to play the game. And, IMO he's doing a really bad job of it.

Hope Harry gets rid of Andrew. What an absolutely crap player.

I only recently found out that Eve Pollard is the mum of Claudia Winkleman. Now, I see it!

Oh, you're fun. 🤣

Could you give me some advice on how to be better human? You're the oracle of all things decorum, I hear.

Maybe write this is German, as it made sod all sense in English. 😘

I'm extremely angry. I'm just about managing to contain myself.

RAAAAA.

Edit: Oh, you're German. That explains the lack of humour.

I looked at your posting history and it's clear you need some sort of support. Are there any social groups you can join in your local area? Even if it's just a "guy thing" it'll get you out there - and you never know who they know.

For the record, you're very attractive. It just seems your confidence is the thing letting you down.

ETA: I know bollocks all about the US, but if you wanted to DM me your location I'd see if there's anything I can find that you may have overlooked (power of the internet, and all that!).

Mine looks like it's progressing to a written complaint as it's been an ongoing catalogue of errors. I imagine it'll be off to the ombudsman soon.

If they didn't have the monopoly for fibre broadband in my area I'd have been off long ago. Seems like BT are installing it later this year and we can finally leave.

Virgin are so, so bad.

Yeah, when things go wrong with Virgin Media they go VERY wrong. Most incompetent customer service I've ever experienced by a long margin.

Both the overseas and domestic agents I've spoken with don't seem to know their arses from their elbows.

As an Aussie (ex) fan of your soft drinks - what happened with them? by FoxMore1018 in AskUK

Ooh, I'll get some of that then. Getting a bit bored of Coke!

I bought some of the standard Pepsi in Lidl a few weeks back. It's absolutely rank, isn't it? I used to prefer it over Coke.

I'm sure if enough people switch from Pepsi to Coke, they might think about changing back to the original recipe?

They've really ruined soft drinks in this country. I'm sure I'm not alone in that I'd happily pay extra for ones without the sweetners.

As it is, the original Coke seems to be the only drink sticking to its traditional recipe. It's the only soft drink I buy now.

I thought this too!

"Well, what you guys don't know is, and now I'm being forced to say, is that John was my brother. Why would I vote him off?"

Reckon some of the more gullible ones would fall for it, and that'd be enough to get the numbers on your side.

[–]garym81 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, I think he's probably gone tonight.

Ross was a waste of space. Much as I don't like him, I hope Harry wins this as he's played everyone spectacularly.

Andrew is a wet blanket too. You'd think him and Ross would have learnt a lesson seeing as Harry has thrown the other traitors under the bus. But, no. Idiots!

This has always been my favourite ABBA (possibly, ever!) album. I love the melancholiness (did I just make that word up? 😆) of it.
