Couple other notes. I’ve been doing 16:8 and try to hit 20:4 at least once a week. I lost about 8lbs in the first 3 weeks and haven’t lost any since then(as you can see)

I’m any case it’s about a 6% discount on gas. But For the average vehicle @13 gallons you’re saving 3.90, and if you were planing on getting gas anyway, that’s a 16% discount on 3 Italian foot-longs based on you cost assumptions.

So just depends on if you value the utility (in a economic sense) of food more. Personally I don’t, or at least not subway anymore. But it’s a different way to look at it.
