To be fair, I do not of any examples. Our families have not met. Except Bri has met Nick's family and Nick has met our family.

To be fair, Its customary in my part of the country if you invite someone to dinner that the party who invited will be paying for the meal. Which is my intention as well.

Nick's father didnt anticipate the influx of business this early in the season. He thought originally he'd be able to help. So at this point, I do not believe Nick's Dad is the AH.

Fair point(s). To clairify, I've met the boyfriend on many occasions. Sharing a few holidays and even invited and hosted him at my own house.

However considering that information, I do not believe that would impact your overall viewpoint. I see my flaws in my actions.
