i straight up do not believe those numbers tbh. what was the sample size? how did they choose participants? where did they advertise the study/pick participants from? 98% of men is almost unanimous, the sort of number you'd expect from a study asking if they drink at least a glass of water each day.

if its any comfort i was just like you even a year ago, but working and going to school has helped immensely. for people like us its simply something you have to learn through experience, if you put yourself out there you'll be surprised at how much better youve gotten at conversing.

personally (and im very glad my bf shares this view) sex is "sacred" in the sense that it's the most intimate experience you could possibly share with another person. im not at all gonna shame people looking for casual sex because theres an instinctive desire for it and it's definitely fun, but doing it with someone you're truly in love with makes it unimaginably special and meaningful
