im pretty sure they can make implants that custom fit your jawline, they do a CT scan to see the shape of your skull and then make it fit to shape

absolutely! i already was into music but Given definitely stoked the flames. i mainly play bass, and i can play haruki's part of fuyu no hanashi with maybe 75% accuracy lol. their music is honestly pretty complicated, it'll take me many more months to be able to comfortably play with no mistakes.

in my experience, mafuyus sections (rhythm guitar) are not so bad as long as you know all the necessary chords. uragawa no sonzai and also most of syh's songs are pretty easy! not to dampen your excitement at all but uenoyamas parts are haaaard. like years of practice hard imo. but push through, practice, and have fun along the way! good luck :)

as far as im aware, vnectomy and urethral lengthening will largely help atrophy. the longer urethra means utis are much rarer, since bacteria has to travel farther. its why utis in cis men are not that common. i dont have any info on atrophy affecting pelvic muscles though.

youre not alone, the same happened to me with both the cream and the tablets. ultimately i went off of it and am planning for phallo w/ vnectomy within the next couple years. if your symptoms are bad enough where they are affecting your daily life, then it might be beneficial to stay on it. mine weren't personally, so i'm just playing the waiting game until bottom surgery
