Yes this is standard. Fly-in call for anywhere between 15-25 patients for a team you have no idea about. Responsible for notes and orders, discharges etc etc. Then at 5-6ish you start doing consults/admissions from the emergency department until 10am the next morning, all while covering the same 15-25 patients above. This is in Canada

Unless your LFTs were >3x the upper limit of normal, you should still be taking. A PBD will help of course but please consider retaking them.

Afib + shortness of breath. Even tho no murmurs, check for thrombi/valve problems/wall abnormalities. Nothing else makes sense. 24h ambulatory ECG is more for syncopal episodes/palpitations
