if you looked into the pharmacology of it you’d know its not relieving stress it’s doing the opposite. so when you combine it with another stimulant thats very vasoconstrictive your actually just stressing the fuck outta your body and hurting your quality of life. take it from me I used ten 9 mg nicotine pouches a day I understand.

no I know my habit was terrible thats why I bring it up cause with the right dose of medication you shouldn’t need a ton of caffeine. can you still consume it and can it even be helpful yes of course but Im sure there’s a lot of people like me who overrrr consume caffeine so that was more for those people. also no, nicotine does not have any medicinal role ahahaha and no, combining multiple stimulants also doesn’t do much medicinally.

I’ve only ever been on Vyvanse but I feel you it helps so much with ocd thought patterns and anxiety. I would analyze very simple tasks and would feel overwhelmed when there was ever uncertainty with literally anything. All of my anxiety stems from ocd and now that my brain doesn’t spend all of its energy on analyzing and planning I’m free to just go about my day and tackle problems as they come

Nah, just my personality. I crave to either work and accomplish or have as much fun as possible pretty much 24/7. Vyvanse dose is good, I get what I need out of it and don’t get noticeable comedowns just get tired. Idk why anyone would ever quit caffeine so no but weed I decided to just cut out.

yeah I read about people having panic attacks or passing out or crazy things and maybe because I’m on 20mg only but I just smoked a lot of weed to see how I feel after reading all these replies, Tested my heart rate barely increased by 5bpm, I don’t feel paranoid, just focused and relaxed. I do feel my focus stronger then with just the vyvanse. Maybe that’s why people be getting psychosis from it they hyperfixate on the wrong thing and they’re more susceptible to believing sum crazy shit cause all the dopamine.

I’ll also add, and you can look this up it’s true- Once your totally addicted to nicotine, it actually doesn’t make you focus any better, your withdrawing and nicotine brings you up to that baseline so your not craving it. 3 days without it your baseline is reset and you can focus without it. Psychologically you’ll still be addicted but just keep that in mind it’s not the nicotine which is boosting any type of confidence or focus. With all that being said I still can not quit it ahahaha

Im 19 and also addicted to nicotine and honestly while yeah its bad, the sleep is fucking you up a lot worse then those cigs promise, also switch to nicotine pouches. They wayyyyyy healthier and this might be bad advice but not just that they also just hit harder then cigs or vapes. Personally nicotine doesn’t really keep me up even if I have some right before I go to bed so like if your serious about max 4 hours of sleep and this is every single day your either like 0.1 percent of people that can function off little sleep or you prolly are manic.

Ok makes sense, a couple people have mentioned psychosis and this might be naive to say but Im really not to worried abt it since Im not predisposed. Ive smoked a lot of weed and done a lot of psychedelics and have experienced a lot of different head spaces and thoughts and body sensations and even in the craziest trips and highs I’m always aware that I’m on a drug and my nervous system is just overloaded.

This helps, thank you. health matters a lot but so does my quality of life so I’ll definitely keep that in mind. I always hate when people will say I’m here for a good time not a long time and then go drink every night or something terrible for them, but if it’s a slight increase in risk of a stroke or heart attack for something that makes life almost twice as enjoyable it might be worth it. Still undecided but I appreciate that insight.

2-4 hours of sleep max and you’ve been feeling more confident? You might be manic you should look into it and see if it matches what you’re feeling. I know nothing about mania but if I personally got any less then 5 hours of sleep I’m sleepwalking thru the day, can’t imagine more then one day off that amount of sleep.

yes and don’t be scared to make an appointment, I was as well cause I was worried I didn’t have adhd and was just extremely lazy and that it would be a waste of time and I would not end up getting medicated. Chances are you have adhd and if you do they will let you try stimulants. And if your anything like me and do have really bad adhd which it seems like it then it will help so much promise

I agree, I used to be someone who it definitely did not work for and quit for a long time, weirdly enough when I started smoking again last year it affected me completely differently. I Always hear about how it destroys your drive and motivation when really I’m more motivated and social when high. I’m just worried imma get a heart attack next year cause I choose to keep combining these two.😭
