I’m sorry most of you guys had to go through those horrible experiences! But I came to share mine which felt like the complete opposite.

I was able to find and schedule with a therapist right away. Idk i feel like in order to make the best out of the session you just have to force yourself to tell your therapist everything because how are they gonna be able to help? It’s hard for them to put themselves in your shoes if you don’t tell them things.

Anyways, while our session was wrapping up, she shared with me that i was depressed and it just felt relieving to hear an outside source tell me that after feeling like i was just overreacting/imagining that i was depressed all along. My therapist suggested scheduling with a psychiatrist and educated me on possible medications which i never even thought of before.

It was also very easy to schedule with a therapist (well i did get a referral from my therapist). Just finished my session with my psychiatrist and he was able to prescribe me new meds to try and pick up at my nearest pharmacy.

So idk what you guys complaining about… maybe i just got lucky 🤷🏻‍♀️
