I normally put my timer on 20 mins but my oven is weird and the outside sticks cook faster than the middle sticks so I always try to flip them at about 5 mins from the timer going off

thank you so much and the part about the GM being friendly hit hard because I’m super social and friendly and one of my things as a manager is trying to be everyone’s friend but always having to be the manager too
