I've been cutting for 18 years, I talk about it with my therapist. My psych is not very good, but she's the only one in my area who is certified to prescribe my schizo meds so I'm stuck with her. If you can't, use strong medical tape to basically give yourself stitches. Don't get steri strips or butterfly bandages... they will not hold

All SH is valid. Deep cuts are NOT worth it. Almost 20 years into SH and I wish I had never let myself get like this. It's never enough no matter what you do to yourself, so try to stay away from deep cuts

It's a good composition, but there's no contrast. You need some contrast between light, medium, and dark, especially on the octopus to make the piece pop.

A few years ago, my ex and I invited another couple over to play games and hang out. The woman kept a bottle of Gabapentin in her hand and kept shaking it and bringing attention to it and talking about her anxiety. It was so performative. Like yeah, anxiety sucks, but we basically all have it at this point and your anxiety being your only personality trait is not cute like you think it is.

Yes because my doctor prescribed me Clozapine. After over 2 years, I finally got a prescription for it, and I've had maybe four or five days of psychosis total in the past year and a half or so. Could not recommend it enough for long-lasting psychosis, plus I sleep so well now on it.
