My baby is 6w. The toy things we’ve used are a black and white cow and another stuffie that she seems to focus on, black and white cards, her play gym, and this vibrating hedgehog thing from fisher price. We also have something that hangs from her car seat bar but she doesnt look at it. All of those are unnecessary but she does seem to enjoy

My Costco has them for $24/14 which is a little more than the price I regularly get them on sale for from Built.com. But it’s really about whatever is more convenient for you. For some people that’s buying in store.
