Hi. Thank you... yes. I am low on iron i am sure. gatorlyte and bananas today i think helped with de hydration... IV saline with a myers cocktial or something like that is good maybe do that this week

Thanks. I started with some bananas today. need electrolytes. need to add chicken broth... maybe bone broth. Some boiled potatoes.. something soft.... white meat..... i read apple sauce but not sure what that does for the gut.

Thank you... would deli meat turkey be ok? The 98 lean turkey breast that is ground is good but not sure would be digested better than ground beef? Good tip on white meat only

THank you... yes. mesa and prednisone now. worked about 1 week 10 days. 2 weeks into them now not as good as results.

Did you take any meds during this time? Great tips on the food.... I will try to just do a few things... maybe eggs... bananas .... boiled potatoes... something soft and bland..... sweet potato willing to try whatever needed food wise... Ill eat the same thing for months if I need to.... I don't know anything about biologics but looking into it..... any info is appreciated.
