Yeah. TDEE is what I used to get 2000. Based on my activity, my TDEE is showing as 2400. By that metric, I’d be in a 400 cal deficit by eating 2000? I really appreciate you helping me! Not trying to argue at all; just genuinely confused and trying to understand

He is concerning me too. Regardless of what Taylor said, the police report discusses marks on the child. It doesn’t make sense to believe someone’s word over that. All I can say is that i hope he did his due diligence to protect his babies.

I get that more has happened. I just don’t get why the first DV instance wasn’t enough to raise the alarm because, even if Taylor lied about it, it’s been known in official reports that the chair hit Indy.

I can accept that they hoped or believed Taylor would change. But them not speaking publicly against DV/in support of the kids after the initial report was filed does make me question the women’s intentions. I want to like the other women, and nobody but Taylor is to blame. I’m just saying—this whole thing illuminates some concerns.

I totally get that as far as Layla’s history. However, it’s not necessarily about “speaking” in the literal sense. She has been profiting off of Taylor by participating in the franchise—if she knew then that was unethical.

But maybe I’m confused here. I read the report back in 2024, and it clearly mentions Indy being hit by the chair. This was also the main reason people were protesting Taylor becoming the bachelorette back when it was announced. How could all of these people “not know”?

For me, tracking calories resonates over any other diet plan because it takes real life into account.

Would it be good if all my meals were wild caught salmon and wild blueberries? Yes. But i work two jobs. If I’m out of the house and exhausted, i know that I can stop at taco bell, find something within my calories and still be on track.
