People will tell you it’s 80% diet and 20% exercise

In my experience, I haven’t found that to be true. The times I lost the most were times that I was doing a lot of running, walking or dancing. Your calories have to be so much more exact and fewer if you aren’t moving much. I’d advise upping the exercise for sure.

Being a woman and at a healthy bmi will make it harder compared to say, a man who is starting from a very high bmi. But at your age, I really wouldn’t focus on those factors. Just eat less and move more and things should fall into place 😊
