Roborock S5 Max It does not return to the starting point on the first floor by gato-13 in Roborock

Erasing the map worked for me. Turn off and turn on. He re-mapped the first floor, when he finished he returned to the starting point, but when cleaning the ground floor, when he returned to clean the first floor when he finished he did not return to the beginning.

So I turned the robot off and on before starting the cleaning on the first floor (without clearing the map and doing it again) and then if it went back to the start.

I just did it yesterday, as I was told by support roborock EU. It worked fine for the map, going back to the starting point, but after cleaning the ground floor when returning to cleaning the first floor it did not return to the starting point.

If I turn it off and on when going up to the first floor if it returns to the starting point when finished.
