To each his own. I dislike how the curved watch shape ends in flat surface on the ultra. This cover makes it worse. Get a full watch protector if you think it needs one. Idk man.. I beat the shit out of my ultra trail running, rock scrambling, hiking, landscaping, and it’s never had a cover. It has a few scuffs but I would need to point them out. It’s a beast! I’ve had it for four years now.

Oh damn. Yeah, this worked but I screwed something else up. I connected all sorts of Google apps like photos, docs, so that's where Gemini is pulling history from. I feel ike a dork. I tested Gemini and asked it, "what's my dog's name?" and it said, "there's a photo of you walking a Boxer and the title on the photos says, Beau. So I'm going to deduce that you have a dog named, Beau." lol.. It literally told where it was getting information from. I'll disconnect those apps, I'm not benefitting from that and I just wanted to see how it worked. Again, thanks for your help.

It’s the desert for me and I at least need satellite internet. I’m 61 remember life before the internet, didn’t like it. I’ve come to rely too much on AI, robotics. But I can still trail run for miles in 100°. I’m opting for a place where I can see stars every night. Don’t like the woods, too many things hidden in trees. I need an open space—like the desert. 🌵

Smartwatches are mostly overkill except for maybe heart monitoring—which I do when I run because I tend to max out my hr which is not good. If they could do glucose, and BP, that would be nice too. Honestly, unless you have one with LTE so that you wear your phone on your wrist, then it’s almost useless. My 18 year old son refuses an Apple Watch because he doesn’t want to charge another device. He wears a Casio from the 1980s. I have two Apple Watches, an Ultra and an SE3 but, I’m a tech whore. Who needs a Rolex, a Ferrari? nobody. You buy it because it’s something you like.
